first warm day

The boys came over just as Papa was finishing the yard, they begged to play in the sprinklers, it was warm, around 90, so we went out back and got their swimsuits (these are the pool ones with the foam but that's ok). Andrew was a little scared so Papa made it really low then he went up to it and mean old Papa turned it up just as he bent down. James of course thought that was pretty funny, nice going Papa teach him ways to torment his brother, lol. They had fun!

Hawaii

I had an absolute wonderful time in Hawaii! The weather was perfect and fresh air to breath. We went snorkeling and swimming in a beautiful beach that had a spectacular drive through tunnels and mountains, with everything so green. Wish we had more time to spend a whole day on the beach but we had so much to do. We went and saw the Temple, it was beautiful, we went through the visitor's center, the Temple was closed for remodeling, and drove the North Shore and the Dole Plantation through the center of Oahu. We went shopping all over, everything in downtown malls and outdoor market places were close enough to walk from our beautiful Hotel. We got to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe and Bubba Gump's. We went to Pearl Harbor, the Arizona Memorial and a famous submarine. We went to a Japanese Temple and Garden, that so beautiful. We went to a Luau on the farthest West Point of the Island, the food was very good. I chickened out of trying poi, lol. Here are a few pics! Thanks again Devonn and Carla and Carla's parents! I heard the boys got to go to Disneyland, poor boys, lol.

Newest Addition

I bought Luke's 2002 Ford Focus and got a great deal, we put in a starter and need to install an engine hydrolic mount. It runs great, and feels a lot sturdier than the Tracker. I'll miss that little car though.
