Slip n Slide fun

Uncle Quinn got James a slip n slide for his birthday. The boys spent the night and we set it up today for lots of fun. We don't have a good hill so uncle Garrett pushed the boys along on the boogie board that came with it. Obviously that was a hit!

We had fun night swimming after pizza, cake and ice-cream and of course James opening all his presents!

Independence Day

We went to the Shafter fireworks show on the 3rd. It was a great show and the weather was cool. We had a nice time, it was Blaine, Jazmine, Tiffny, Grannie, Garrett, Jessie, Quinn and I, Devonn, Carla, James and Andrew, Lance, Cheryl, Micah, Catie and Dylan. On the 4th we got to have a nice dinner with Emilee and Gary down, they had been in Taft for dad's funeral which was Friday. Gary's birthday is the 6th so we had some cake too. Then we did our own fireworks when it got dark. I took some good pictures that we haven't been able to get yet from Grannie's camera, I'll post them later.
