Color Incompetent

Well now I have to pick out a color for my kitchen cabinets that will go with the stainless steel appliances and the floor, HGTV says for an inexpensive kitchen remodel just to paint the cabinets and add new hardware, the new stainless steel hardware was easy, choosing a color not so much, help???

Oh... you're gonna paint them instead of re staining them? I thought you were going to sand them down and apply a different stain. Hmm... I don't know on the color. If you go lighter, it brightens and opens the kitchen more but matching the faux grout on floor tile is cool too. We'll have to check it out.

Maybe the third one in on the right cabinet? Have to see it in person. Seriously though, the natural wood look is classier if you were to try to sell, I'd rather have the wood look in a house I bought than painted cabinets. Just my 2 cents though. I can ask my Dad- he was a painter for 25 years or something, lol.

I'm debating between the 3rd on the top row, or the 4th on the top row (left cabinet). I'd say only go a little lighter, not by too much, though, considering the stainless steel is dark and has black. But I'd have to see them in person, lol.

It's called natural wicker, can't tell where it was on my pic, I got a small can and will test it on one cabinet to make sure it looks good.
