Blaine and Carrin

Blaine and I were married on Aug. 10, 1982 in the Los Angeles Temple. We have 7 children. I gave birth to 4 and then we adopted a sibling group of 3. We love all of our children so much!! We now have 6 grandchildren. I love the ocean and Catalina is one of my favorites places. Blaine loves the mountains and fishing and hunting, he also loves Catalina. I have traveled across the US on the southern route. We went to college in Rexburg, Idaho when we first got married.

3rd and 4th of July

We had a great time. The 3rd we went to our annual fireworks show in Shafter. Emilee and Gary surprised us and came down after church. Devonn cooked dinner for us and then we went to the show. Lance and his family and Micah and his family and Luke and Garrett met us there. We also saw the Rasmussen's out there for the first time. The show was nice great fireworks! Monday the 4th was a lazy day. We went to the pancake breakfast at the church, later we swam and BBQ'd just us and then shot off a few fireworks in the front yard. I enjoyed the 3rd with most of the family.

Man, you can tell a difference in the picture quality between Devonn's pictures and everyone else's. (I'd hope so though). It was cool that they didn't have karaoke or mariachi out there this year.

I noticed the difference too! Nice!

It was nice seeing everyone and surprising everyone with a visit. We had a lot of fun!
